Korean Kimchi Cheese Dog

Summer is here, which means it's officially BBQ season! Since 2021 is our year, now is the time to give your conventional hot dogs a huge update with these Korean kimchi cheese dogs.

These will undoubtedly be a hit with the crowd. Gochujang aioli is spicy, sweet, and garlicky, making it the ideal sauce for hot dogs.

Plus, kimchi and mozzarella cheese are a perfect combination. Then, put it all together on a warm toasted bun to make the greatest Korean fusion hot dog you can imagine.

Pair these hotdogs with a delightful cup of Korean Strawberry Milk or Korean Gochujang Chicken Wings for a well-balanced dinner.

So heat up the grills and have your favorite hot dogs ready because it's grilling time!Gochujang is a thick, spicy red paste made from chili pepper flakes,

glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, and salt. It has a spicy-sweet umami flavor. Traditionally,

it is fermented for years in an earthenware pot stored outside, where the glutinous rice turns into sugars, providing the underlying sweetness.

Gochujang paste can be found in the sauce aisle of any Korean grocery, on Amazon, or perhaps in your local supermarket's Asian area.
