Blueberry Chia Pudding

This delicious blueberry chia pudding is created with only 5 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. It's the ideal breakfast or snack alternative for meal prep!

Get ready, because I'm presenting another fresh chia pudding recipe today! This blueberry chia pudding is not only delicious and simple to make,

but it also turns regular chia pudding into a stunning, brilliant purple blue color. I mean, look at those photographs!

unsweetened almond milk - gives a creamy base with no extra sweeteners. I prefer unsweetened almond milk,

but feel free to use any plant-based milk such as oat milk or coconut milk for a creamier texture! You can also use dairy milk if you prefer.

Blueberries are the star of the show! I love to use frozen blueberries to get that beautiful purple color.

That being said, you can use fresh blueberries; however, your chia pudding will not be as purple.

Maple syrup is my favorite sweetener for chia pudding. Honey is a suitable replacement. If you require a sugar-free version, simply omit the sweetener or use a sugar substitute like stevia or monk fruit.

Horoscope for each zodiac sign for June 3 — Mercury enters Gemini.
