Super Easy Eggless Pancake Recipe for Breakfast  

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ¼ teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons butter (divided), 1 cup milk  

1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon water, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, butter, maple syrup, and berries for serving.   

To make fluffy eggless pancakes, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt) in a bowl.  


Melt two tablespoons butter in a glass measuring cup. Then, combine the milk, oil, water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until thoroughly blended.  

Now, add the butter mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk until just incorporated.   

Avoid overmixing or stirring. Lumps are just fine in pancake batter! Cook the egg-free pancakes in batches.   

In an iron skillet (or nonstick pan), melt half a tablespoon butter over medium-low heat.   

Cook two ¼-cup scoops of pancake batter until bubbles form around the edges and the top begins to dry. Flip and cook the other side for a minute or until set.   

Remove from the heat and place on a wire cooling rack to keep them from becoming soggy while the rest of the batch cooks.
